If a browser, antivirus, or network filter shows a warning, capture the exact screenshot and vendor name before attempting a false-positive review.
A machine-readable contact file is published at /.well-known/security.txt.
Send suspected vulnerabilities, phishing warnings, authentication issues, or unsafe behavior to support@intheanswer.ai. Include enough detail to reproduce the issue without sharing secrets, passwords, tokens, or customer data.
Useful reports include the exact URL, timestamp and time zone, browser or antivirus product, screenshots, steps to reproduce, expected behavior, actual behavior, and whether the issue happened before or after login.
Do not access accounts or data you do not own, run destructive tests, degrade service availability, exfiltrate data, publish a vulnerability before we can review it, or ask a customer to ignore a security warning.
When a customer sees a warning, In The Answer should collect the screenshot, identify the vendor, verify TLS, check known reputation databases, fix any legitimate issue, and submit a false-positive review only when the page is clean.
The public site uses HTTPS and redirects HTTP to HTTPS. The API should continue to return normal authentication responses, avoid stack traces, and keep security headers in place. Public policy pages and support contact information are linked from the site footer.
Public-site headers and DNS authentication depend on hosting and DNS provider settings. Recommended DNS records and proxy header rules are documented in the repository under docs/.
